The Institute of Chartered Technical Practitioners of Canada invites qualified Trades Professionals (certified or licensed) to become members of the ICTPC. Membership in the ICTPC does not supersede or replace the set governmental academic or experiential requirements or any Trades Acts. It is important to note that the ICTPC is not a training institution for accrediting courses or for licensing trades professionals. However, qualified individuals who have met the necessary academic and experiential requirements through accredited technical colleges, training institutes and who hold a Certificate of Qualification will be recognized for membership in the ICTPC, for their contributions to the Canadian economy and tertiary services.

One of the added benefits of becoming a member of the ICTPC, through the Trades Division, is having the opportunity to purchase training &/or educational software that will further enhance the members career in a specialized field of knowledge and practice.
Trades people are encouraged to upgrade their status by enrolling in an 'Upgrade Program' to achieve the Technical Practitioner or Chartered Technical Practitioner level of membership.

Please refer to the Applications section and print out and complete the Membership Application form and mail it along with the required fees to:

Membership Fee - $ 125.00 Cdn.

Application & Processing Fees - $ 75.00 Cdn. (one time and is non-refundable)

Please Note --- All fees are in Canadian dollars and Membership Fees are payable on an annual basis.

Please remit payment by Personal Cheque, Certified Cheque, Money Order or Money Gram and to be made payable to the Institute of Chartered Technical Practitioners of Canada or to the ICTPC.
